Easy Low Budget Soup
Easy Low Budget Soup for Winters
Dear Friends,
I always make this soup during winters at my home. It's not only easy to make but also
easy peasy on the pocket. You don't need to have all the Vegetables any 3-4 will do but adding potato in place of cornflour ( normally added in soup to thicken) is must.Let' start
Ingredients
Beetroot -1
Coriander Leaves - few
Carrots - 3
Tomato - 1
Potato -1
Cauliflower - 1 -2 florets
Capsicum - 1 small
Bottle gourd - 1 small piece
Onion -1 medium sized
Black pepper ( as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
Method:
Wash all the Vegetables. After peeling and cutting vegetables in small sizes put them in a pressure cooker along with 1 glass wateradd salt as per your taste. Take 5-6 whistles. Close the gas .Wait for the steam to release out on own . Open the lid and let it cool down. Once it cools down now using a grinder mash all the vegetables. If you find the soup little thick you can add water. Now again boil the soup , you have to take 2-3 boil properly. Add black pepper and sugar little bit (half tsp) . After 2-3 bolis your soup is ready . Add little butter and serve it hot. Happy winters
